I'm 29 weeks and this is my third child and I have so much pressure on my pelvis bone I can't get comfortable at night I have heartburn every night chest and stomach ugggg i need help seriously

Get Zantac for the heartburn, I couldn't sleep without it and it was a lifeline for me with my first as well. Unfortunately the pressure is going to happen but you can try elevating your hips or taking a bath to relieve it a bit.
