Eating softserve a no no?
So Ive just had one and later on stumble upon how its not safe to eat one because of lysteria etc is this even true? So worried right now. Never knew this was a no no list?
They gave me soft serve in the hospital when I had a gallbladder attack 30 weeks pregnant with my first. I never heard of it being an issue. I had it lots as it was one of the few treats that didn't set off a gall bladder attack!
What is a softserve ?
I ate some raw meat, some soft boiled eggs and probably other stuff while I didn't quite know I was pregnant. I hope will be fine and probably a mistake or two is not that detrimental and yet I dont quite know..
I heard that a good gut system is also helpful in this case and good bacteria in your body. Started to take some probiotics too and drinking some yoghurt/kefir almost every day.
