Pregnant with severe lyrica withdrawal
I am 13 wks pregnant with my fourth child. I was told to stop taking my Lyrica during the pregnancy. I am suffering from some pretty severe withdrawl and very concerned about the baby. In need of some help!!!
Did you suddenly stop? Or gradually? I came off lyrica earlier this year (before getting pregnant) and reduced the dose gradually over a 3 week period, which really helped with the withdrawal. During that time I still had insomnia, anxiety and palpitations, which gradually eased and eventually stopped. I found that meditation (10 mins a day) using an app on my phone really helped too.
