Very dizzy, short loss of hearing - anyone?

I have been struggling with a terrible mornin sickness. Now it is much better and I can eat and go for long walks. But lately (the last 4 days) I have been very dizzy.

Last night I had a hot shower, stood up and everything happened so fast! As my boyfriend was passing me towel, I managed to lose conciousness, hearing, then a sudden bright light appeared as I was seeing him and in my thoughts I had no clue WHERE I WAS nor WHO HE WAS. Wnd all that in a few second time.

It scared me but as I am traveling in New Zealand I dont have a proper doctor. We went to see one 2 weeks ago for ultrasound and all was fine and everyone healthy.

And two days ago, I got dizzy, didn't faint but had to go on the ground as Everything became black and my hearing went into silence and when came back all seemed brighter and hearing was almost as vibration. Very strange.

Have never been fainting much or dizzy.. I am 26 years old and would say I am very healthy but this is worrying me - wanted to know if anyone is going through anything like that or should I actually find a doctor.

Thank you!

I have been taking prenatal vitamins.. That should have plenty, no? Did some bloodwork last week, still waiting on results.

I hope this ends soon..

I was crazy dizzy with my girl for the first few months! I was anemic and needed an iron supplement.
