Has your diet changed much once finding out about your pregnancy?

I am feeling a little guilty about my food choices on some days. I am finding I am feeling hungry more regularly and trying to eat more fruit and vegetables. How's everyone else going?

I ate pretty healthy before and tried to limit grains and dairy which always upset my stomach. Now all I can get an appetite for is macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets, French fries, fruit snacks, and apple juice. I'm eating like a little kid!

Morning sickness was making me only able to tolerate carbs (ramen noodles and mac and cheese!) and dairy both of which I was avoiding pre-pregnancy. Now I feel so much better and the thought of veggies and fruits arent as off-putting. Im hoping that feeling will continue and I can slowly add them back in.

I have very little appetite and all day morning sickness. Even zofran has been of little help. However, I've been drinking Boost protein shakes just to get the protein necessary and some caloric intake. I will say I've never drank so little soda in all my life. Can't fathom it these days!

Ive always been balanced with eating but now I'm about 14 weeks I can't stomach meat anymore. The smell of it puts me right off. Lost a bit of weight with it aswell but nothing too bad yet. Anyone the same?

I normally eat pretty healthy, but for some reason I can't stop thinking about soft lemon cookies! I haven't had lemon cookies since I was young, and I'm highly sensitive to gluten (it makes me really sick).
I bought 1 box of them and ate the whole thing in 2 days. And they didn't make me sick. It's the oddest thing.

Strangely enough my diet hasn't changed. But with my first/previous pregnancy my diet naturally changed immediately. I just try to listen to my body and decide what it needs. Don't stress either way. Your baby will turn out perfect.

I think eating healthy would be a big problem for me cause I am a very picky eater, everything that's good for me I don't like. And I have been feeling hungry frequently too.

I was on a very low carb diet prepregnacy and now all I seem to be able to eat is carbs. I'm feeling really guilty about it and trying to eat better but I can't stomach it with the morning sickness.
