2nd Lab Results
Okay so my 2nd lab results are in! I needed my HCG to be close to quadruple and they are 6935!!! This is GOOD!!! However, my progesterone went from 16.4 to 13.6. So we're getting yet another blood draw on Thursday and will know by Friday whether I'm going to have to go on progeterone supplements or not.
This is just one big nerve-wracking waiting game. If the progesterone reaches 10 I could start to miscarry.

The supplements can do no harm - only good. the numbers game *****... 7preg3b is right, the numbers fluctuate for any / every reason. make sure your dr. keeps them up!
rogesterone normally fluctuates up to five points either way depening on the time of day, lab or just the person drawing the blood.. If the blood is shaken too much or not enough. try not to stress. I absolutely hate the numbers game.
I just got the same results. My Level went down from 22 to 20. I'm so freaking out right now!! my dr swears it's normal to adjust that level, and recommended i go ahead and get started on supplements. I'm so thankful not only we have the same due date, but we're going through the same thing. Please let me know how you're progressing. I'm so scared! I dont really understand all these numbers. Where am i suppose to be at? And why is it dropping? Is it something i'm doing? ugh! so confusing!!!
I think I've decided now that I definitely want to get the supplements! After thinking about it for a few minutes that is, in my opinion, the wisest choice! I don't understand why she was so indifferent about it. I know progesterone can fluctuate but that's just too low, in my opinion. It should be above 20 for me to feel better!
Thats great Joy, I think that is a good idea to just get the supplements but whatever you choose keep us updated!
That's what I think, Suzie. I may just forego the 2nd blood draw and call back tomorrow and just request the supplements. Why pay another $50 for the blood draw when I can just get the prescrip?
