HELP! I am going to have a nameless baby girl!

Im completley freaking out, ladies... We can't come up with a name we both like.  Please help!!  I'm kinda particular---here are my peeves:

1. It can't be *too* popular/common---no mary, jennifer, britney, sarah, tiffany, etc etc  
2. It has to be uncommon without being weird--I gravitate toward strong older names but not grandma names
3. It can't be the latest trend (because then it becomes too popular) like Eva, Ava, Sophie, Isabelle, etc.

I know, I'm a complete pain in the @ss!!  I can't help it!  I have to love my daughter's name :-(  My son's name is Tatum, or Tate for short.  Some of my initial suggestions are: Ainsley, Delaney, Whitley, Shelby, Savannah, Addison, Laurel, Reagan, and possibly Hailey...

For one reason or another, he has either nixed or isn't too keen on each of them.  I really loved Delaney, but there are too many personal reasons he won't allow that one.  My next favorite, considering last name (Brown) is Shelby.  Her middle name will be something meaningful---i.e. Hope or Faith or Mercy or something for what we have overcome in our relationship, or else like after my mom or his mom or something.

I can tell you now, she's going to be tall, with dark hair and dark eyes, with big fat lips (I swear, I already saw them on the ultrasound!!).

Ok.  I'm ready.  Let the suggestions fly!!!

These are some of the names we had picked out if it was a girl, We found out yesterday that it was going to be a boy, so I hope that my list gives you a few ideas.  I don't like common names at all and I go towards the unusual names.

I have also used the The Baby Name Wizard, and so did my friend.  It is a great book, and has lots of cool categories of names.  I have also enjoyed going on the social security administration web site where they list all the top names since like 1910.  We haven't picked a name, it is hard.  We just have the name books sitting out, and when he is in in the mood to look through he will browse and make suggestions, and I take that opportunity to make mine.  If he is not in the mood, then I don't bring it up!  I don't want him to nux a name because he didn't feel like talking about it!

I got a great baby name book at the Pottery Barn kids called "The Baby Name Wizard" by Laura Wattenberg... I like it a lot and found lots of fun ideas and things I just didn't find anywhere else... at 13$, ! highly recommend it!!

I agree, when you hear the *perfect* name, you know it is the one.  (My only problem is then getting DH to agree!)

What about changing a few of the letters in the names that you have already picked or shorten them?

We are naming ours if it is a girl Saige.  Delaney is what my mom really wanted, but when DH came up with Saige it just felt right.

We had such a hard time with names and then one day it just came to us...hey, you still have time LOL!
