Is Tylenol PM safe?

I have heard so many people say its a definate NO! But other people say their OB's said its fine to take any Tylenol products. My back is killing me, I took 2 last night and I slept SO well and didnt even wake up to pee! I dont want to make it a habit, but I have a headache and I just want to know if anyone has actually talked to your OB about it. I know I can call tomorrow but I thought it would be easier to just get a yes or no online...the problem is, everyone is split 50/50.

I called my obgyn bc I didnt want to risk it and she said Tylenol PM is fine. Its a tylenol that also has benadryl to make you drowsy (to sleep better). They said Tylenol PM is fine, and ANY tylenol products are safe for that matter, even the cold/sinus and anything else tylenol makes.

My dr gave me the green light. I only take one occasionally if I need it. This baby out of all of mine has caused me the most uti's and headaches etc. I have had so much antibiotics and tyelenol what's a tylenol pm. As long as you take as prescribed it's healthy for the baby! Did you check with your dr?

I just visited my OB today and told her about my sleeping issues and she said "Tylenol PM!" She said no problem taking tylenol PM to help you sleep longer or get to sleep faster.

Tylenol is perfectly fine during pregnancy.  IB Profen and Motrin are NOT okay.  Stay away from those products (as per my doc).

I am almost positive that it is, I always call the pharmacist when I have a question about meds. They know just as much, if not more then a Dr. when it comes to meds. I prefer doing that so I dont have to bug my Dr. with a zillion questions :)
I know benedryl is safe for us to take, that helped me sleep with my last pregnancy. Actually, from what I have found online, tylenol pm is basically just tylenol and benedryl mixed together.
