Stretching already??

Well I just found out I am pregnant (and my due date is somewhere around July 30th), I still have to get it confirmed with the doctor, but I keep getting a few sharp pains down there....  Anybody else have these pains so early on in pregnancy??

Thanks kc!  I have read quite a bit on it and sounds like what you said is correct.  It is kind of a surreal feeling!

Hi roke, I am due also on July 30ish.. and I have pains now and then.  I think it is normal and your body is just stretching like you said.  As long as you dont see any blood with the cramps, you can assume all is well!!

thanks ladies!  No I don't have any children yet.

The pain doesn't last long, it just sort of shows up and disappears at random.

Yes. It's very common early in pg. I'm due July 25th and I have already had my 1st app and 3 hcg blood draws. I have my 1st u/s on wed so that will give me a better idea if I'm 5 weeks or 6 weeks. Mr dr told me I can take tylenol if the cramping gets bad. I'm not sure but if you have had kids in the past scar tissue causes pain too. Good luck and congrats!
