My doc did tell me that 2 caffeinated beverages a day is fine, I feel guilty having 2 but I will have 1 cup to get me through the day. Sometimes I do a diet coke instead because it helps ease my tummy a little.

HI there,

I'm becoming useless at work, too. The only thing that I've found helpful is to take short rests and make myself take a brisk walk...even for 10 minutes. The cool air refreshes me. I also make sure to drink throughout the day so that I stay hydrated. Hope that helps. I think it will get better...

Being pregnant is just hard. You will be tired. It's your hormones and growing baby. I just nap when I can which during the week is a challenge cause Allie doesn't like it when i fall asleep, she screams. lol My husband has taken over A LOT of things since I've been pregnant. He cooks dinner and does most of the chores around the house.... plus im on pelvic rest so... yeah but even before that he took over most stuff.  I never drank coffee. But from what I hear it's hard to get away from.
It will get better during the second trimester. You will definitely get some energy back but in the third you will usually get tired again.
