Please please please follow your dr's orders!!  My friend had preclampsia and she has NOT been following her dr's orders - she was ordered to complete bedrest and still got up, did laundry, etc. - and now they are taking her baby today.  Her Dr. is really frustrated with her bc he feels that she could have prevented this by a few more weeks by staying off her feet.  Take care!  I know all will go well - you seem very set on putting your little guy first!

My BP skyrocketed around 22wks and At my 26wks apt I was found with protein in my urine.
At my 27wk apt My BP finally dropped to normal levels again and the protein was gone. I can't say it won't return, who knows. I go back this thursday. I know plenty of ppl who had preeclamsia.
You need to stay off your feet as much as possible to keep your BP as low as possible.
