Teeth cleaning?

Just wondering how many times a day do you clen your baby's teeth and what do use? Lilly only has two teeth and i was told by the health nurse to just clean them with warm water and soft tooth brush, however some of my friends have been told differently!

OK - I went out and got a toddler toothbrush with toddler toothpaste - Orajel brand and Cash LOVED it!!  I couldn't believe it, bc deep down I had been putting it off bc Cash really doesn't like for me to stick anything in his mouth unless its a spoon!  But he loved the feel of the toothbrush on his gums and teeth!  He has eight teeth now, so I figured I better get on it!!  We are only doing it at night right now but i hope to add a morning brushing in once I'm comfortable with how he's doing - reason bc I'm not there in the morning so my MIL will have to do it.

I got a new toothbrush for Lilly and some baby colgate which i am using just a tiny bit. Sometimes i forget to brush them at night!!! I am really hoping to change her routine so she has her milk before her bath because i always remember when ahe is in the bath and by the time she's out, dressed, hair, story, milk then I sometimes forget. I always remember just as i shut the door! I kicked myself every time LOL

I don't brush his teeth as much as I would like, but I plan on doing it 3 times a day and if not three then at least twice.

i'll admit it too----we have started, but it's not part of our routine with kendall yet.  but we started because the girl is busting out teeth like it's her job.  she has 8 now and two molars have broken the surface now too.  i think ours is oral b brand.  daddy found it, he got it because she loves apples and cinnamon and that's the flavor, lol.

we just started doing at night before bed, but we've forgotten a couple of nights.  once she's more accustomed to it we will go to two times a day.

I'll be the second to admit it; I NEVER clean Cash's teeth either.  Honestly, I have had every intention of starting it, but just haven't done it.  We are so rushed in the evenings bc I get home late and time is just limited - this is one thing I have let slide.  I do plan on buying a toothbrush and paste - the ones that eternidad mentioned are the ones my pedi recommended - today when I make a drug store run.
I can say that I know we will only be doing it once a day for now - right before bed.

we do it 3 x a day, so he can learn the drill. Soft tooth brush from colgate and tothpaste for babies from colgate too.
Is so cute to see him "brsuhing" his teeth alone now.

We only brush Joels teeth right before bed.  We have one of those toothbrushs you put on your finger bc he also only has 2 teeth but he is getting the top two right now.  I think when he gets the next two we will start with a soft tooth brush and water.

Medina has six teeth and another is erupting Finally I saw it today because she was dribbling like crazy. We aim for twice a day, sometimes manage only once. I use Weleda Children's Tooth Gel (I swear by their products esp as Medina has sensitive skin) and it's homeopathic and she loves it. I do a bit and then she does the rest mainly chewing on it.
