I am 19w3d's and cramping

This cramping is  not like it was in the beginning when it was my sides and the top of my stomach around the rib area where My doctor said the pain was round ligaments.. this is almost like a pressure pain?? I guess you could say,I go March 11th 2009 for my level 2 ultrasound, and it's MY first ultrasound )(reasonings for that was I was pretty far in my pregnancy already by the time I had my first OB visit.. I was 3mths..) The reason it took so long to test. was  me and  hubby tried concieving for 3 yrs with 1 failed pregnancy at 3wks.Nov 18th 2006) On August 31st 2007 ran some test found out I had PCOS..so when I was late of course just thought it as being normal considering the many symtoms of PCOS.(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome)well I had moved to a different town so the OB I was currently seeing was a lil far so by the time I could get in here Im now this far 19w3d's) I consider my self blessed everyday, we concieved with no fertility meds, but my question is the cramping? , could it be a cyst? premature labor? r just more stretching?, the cramping is accompianed by nausea)

It's probably just your ligaments stretching.  I wouldn't worry too much about it unless the pain gets worse.  I would then seek medical attention.

I have been noticing some cramping for the last week or so but I believe everything is ok because Little Tee is a very active baby but if you are really worried and can't wait till your appointment you should call your doctors office and see what they think. Good Luck!
