I started doing this thing called cross fit and it really helped me loose the weight from the baby. I think it is great .. I have tried all kinds of other things and think that the reason that this works is bc it does both weights and cardio. They have cross fit gyms all over the place.
I upped my protein intake and lost 10kilos in 6 weeks!
Ugh, see I was always the same! I have stomach issues and stress always made it worse so I was always underweight. I hate this extra 40 lbs =^( I think the fact that I am covered in stretch marks has made me care less about losing it cause I know I'm going to look like crap either way LoL!
I can't help you out there, I'm on the border of underweight but have always been quite slim. Well in my case, stress makes me lose weight and that I DON'T recommend to anyone.
My sister-in-law has been using the weight watchers points system for almost a year and she as gradually gone down several sizes, she swears on it because it isn't really like dieting.
