I wanted my kids close in age but I don't think I'd be able to handle another until JT is at least 2 1/2-3 years of age. So we have another 2 years before we actively start tryin again. Good luck Hun!

My two girls are 2.5 years apart.  We are planning on a third (and that's it) but not going to try for another year or so.  I turn 30 this year and would love to be done by 32.  We want to be in a better position financially.  I want to find employment and work for a bit so I can get another year of mat leave (live in Canada).

Tiger---Good luck!!

I Would love to have another one, but age related and financially speaking we are out. I am 40 and hubby is 50 so we are a little bit late for this, it took us about 5 years and fertility to have our munchkin, so I guess we are done cannot do it anymore, but we are happy for what we have and counting our blessings. Good luck to you guys and congrats to those who can have more.

We had really planned on ttc again right after our new insurance starts in April.  But aside from the fact that I can't imagine having a little one again quite yet I have read that you should wait 18 months after a c-section.  The problem is I will 33 by then and with finding out I only have one tube AND half a uterus we know we could have complications and want to start as soon as I am ready.  Financially we can do it, this job privides us with a beautiful 3,200 square foot house with all utilities paid for!   That is such a help.  I don't know I think in April we will probably just go with the flow and not actively ttc and then when Colter is around a year or so we will start to really play the ttc game!

I'm done the facory is closed!!! My dh is getting a vasectomy next month. We both barely hung on in our marriage during my high risk pg and after Jeremy was born and sick. Neither one of us can handle anymore crisis. If not for all the trauma we would be ttc right now! It's kind of weird to believe I'm not going to ever be pg again or give birth or have another beautiful addition to our family but honestly it's the best choice for us!

Good luck and best wishes to those of you ttc or pg!!!!!!

We live in a pricey town and at this time, couldn't afford another one just because of the cost of daycare, mortgage here, etc. We pay $1,200 a month on daycare alone for an infant!!
If I had two babies in daycare it wouldn't be worth me working...and we can't afford one salary alone in Annapolis. We also just bought a house and are settling Feb. 22!! :)

I definitely want more than one baby, though. I think we'll plan to try for another one when Jack is about 2 1/2 or 3 years...maybe we'll be making more money or have different jobs then, and Jack will be in older classes that don't cost as much then too. My nephew is 4 and niece is 1. They seem like a good age difference and get along etc.

It's too bad that things like having a family have to come down to finances. It seems unnatural but we have to be smart about things. We'll just have to see.

We are just happy with one at the moment. I start a new job in April and my contract is for initially 3 years and in that time, I don't want to have another baby. We're both in research and academia and so I want to work some more before I think about it. It's also a matter of being financially stable as well. There are many factors involved but at least 3 years before we start thinking about TTC.
