nausea

i'm seven weeks pregnant and really struggling with nausea, from about midday and through the night. no sickness just gagging all the time. i'm not eating properly due to this can just manage pork pies and doughnuts, not a very healthy diet i know.

anybody got any tips to ease it as i think it might get worse the later on i go.

thank you

I too had to get a Rx for Zofran.  It works for the really bad days!  I have been nauseous pretty much since the end of week 5 and am now on week 9.  It seems to be a little better the past few days, but by no means gone!  I have been living on the blandest foods possible - rice, grits, potatoes, apple sauce.  Lately I've been able to eat some biscuits in the mornings.  But everymorning I eat a couple of saltines about 15 minutes before getting out of bed, and that seems to help head off some of the bad morning nausea I was getting.  Are you taking prenatal vitamins?  That way baby will be getting some of what it needs from that.

I completely understand and am nauseous allllllll day. I hate it. Cold things really help me.... popsicles and icecream.... which i know isnt that healthy but i gotta eat something last doctors apt i lost a lb or two. If it becomes to where u can't deal with it and aren't eating then tell the doctor there are meds they can give you that wont hurt the baby such as phenergan or zofran. I carry both with me at all times lol. Not that I take them all the time cause phenergan makes u sleepy and i have a 14month old but yeah.
