thoughts on baby girl name

Im having a hard time committing to a name for our baby girl (I still have about 3-4 weeks to go).

We were almost set on the name Olivia but have heard it so much recently we are rethinking.  The next name that we both like is Ellie.  Ellie is more of a nickname so we were thinking Elle for the first name, but we have a short last.  I think our last name sounds better with more than one syllable first name.

I just thought of Elise, but we could still call her Ellie.

I don't know! I can't ever make up my mind.  Any suggestions?

A name I love is Brielle. you could still use Ellie as a nickname.

Also, Gabrielle or Arielle come to mind...

I was going to name my bub Olivia if it was a girl...but I'm having a boy! I love the name Olivia. I just think it's beautiful and if my next bub is a girl, that will prob. be her name! So, Olivia gets my vote! :)

I love the name Elle it's so pretty and so formal. Ellie is adorable tho what a cute nickname! I think your best bet in picking out a first name is if the formal and nickname sounds good with your last name! I love Elle it's a beautiful name!
