Concerned abt pregnancy

Hey all ,I am new to this forum and just found out last week that i am expecting but i am due for an untrasound around the 16th april to see the heartbeat. I am just very concerned because i have no as in NO symptoms besides breasts tenderness which i have generally at time of periods as well, jus wondering if everything is going as planned in there , any insight abt this from you guys

I can say that was the only symptom I had as well and within 3 weeks of being pregnant the tenderness went away which scared the s*it outta me but it all turned out fine don't let your nerves get the best of you

Try not to worry too much (I know this is easier said than done). All women are different when it comes to the symptoms they experience, and it is not uncommon to not feel any different at all in early pregnancy. Best of luck to you and I hope all goes well at your u/s!
