37 weeks pregnant help

im 37 & a half weeks pregnant this night ive been having period cramps that go all the way to my back ive been in fetus position ......what could this mean?

i ended up having cramps through out the day on and off and threw up today and threw up the day before yesterday

I didn't loose my mucus plug until like an hour before I delivered. If they aren't hard enough or you can sleep through them then it's more than likely just early stages. Or if it tapers off and then comes back. You will know when it's the for sure thing!

and im nevous because i didnt have a bloody show i dont even understand thaim 22 years old i lost my son June 2011 when i was 7 ,& a half months sooo with him i was induced he was a  so i am new to this one with labour starting by itself

no  im kinda lost on how to time them i know it was like from 3a.m to 7 a.m amd now again but not as hard....

Yup...you may be in early stages of labour and possibly back labour. I've gone through back labour and it's exhausting! Good luck!! Are you able to time the pains?
