Hi, so now its been a month. I don't feel pain but when I use the restroom to Pee that's when it feels funny as if my uterus was contracting, it has a somewhat same feeling. My stomach is the one that bothers me. The gap between my incision and bellybutton feels really sensitive. Some parts sting other parts have no feeling and other parts tickle...lol I'm a mess. But I just want to heal good n not have a puffy look down there. The doc told me to massage coco butter to smooth it out. BTW thanks for the support, it feels awesome to just talk about this.
I am trying to take it easy still... but its hard to control myself lol i usually over due it and yes still feel sore when that happens... i got my 2 year old out of her crib for the first time today and ill be 4 weeks post op on thursday so i was really careful doing it.... for soreness tho its higher up then the incision on the inside that gets sore(so either a layer they cut on the inside or muscles)... the incision has never bothered me tho... they say it can take 4-6 weeks so it depends on the person... with my first csection i never felt pain ever! and this one i still get sore! so im for sure not pushing my limits till after the 6 week check up thats for sure!! its scary to think of how easy i can take 10 steps backwards if i push it too far...
I rest whenever I can, which is hard with 4 kids!! My oldest helps out a lot!! She's 8! My hubby understands if dinner it just hotdogs some days! Lol!! I'm not pushing myself too hard. Some days i'll only get a load of laundry done n nothing else! It can wait!!
I had my 4th c-section July 10...are u still in pain hun? The scar and area surrounding will be tender for awhile but ur pain should be gone by now!?? I honestly am feeling almost back to normal besides still watching what I pick up. And sometimes getting out of bed is tricky still, but I'm feeling good! What are u struggling with the most?
