Feeling terrible

Well I just all of sudden started feeling sick day before yesterday. Sneezing, headache, runny nose. So I figure its just a cold. Yesterday I woke up with a terrible sore throat and ear ache (everytime I get a bad sore throat my ears hurt too) and it lasted alll day and I still have it but now I have a white coated tongue. I think it may be strep throat. But its a damn Saturday and my dr isn't open. My next appointment isn't until Wednesday. Should I wait and try to be seen Monday or is this something that I should go to the hospital for? I'm not sure what I should do but I really don't wanna be stuck in the hospital all day for this. I'm 31w5d.

Try drinking lots of water. Are there white spots on the back of your throat?? I know you can get strep without having white spots on your throat but If its not better by tomorrow I would go to the hospital just to make sure it isnt anything serious. Do you have an urgent care in your town you might be able to get in to today?? They are at least cheaper than a hospital.

Yea I went to urgent care because I noticed the white blisters. Dr. said I'm negative for strep, so he said its thrush along with a bad sinus infection. I've never had thrush, but he said thats what cause the blisters and white stuff.

Ugh I feel your pain! I have bronchitis and om so over it. Started with a sore throat then went down hill from there. Im on meds now thank goodness!

I've got my second uti in 3 weeks and feels like I've got a kidney infection too. I'm in tons of pain but on call dr said not to go to er unless pain worsens or I start throwing up or have fever.. but pain is about 8 on 1 to 10 scale... don't know what to do. On meds for uti and it should help if I have a kidney infection but just scared I do and it may affect the baby.
