My one GF was going to physio following her last child (she has 3) and there isnt a whole lot they can do for her... but they did tell her to use the poise liners and she is under 25 years old... so shes pretty young!

I did my kegels before my son was born and didn't have issues after he was born. I don't have any issues with this pregnancy either. I'm glad because I couldn't imagine peeing a little all the time! LOL It's common though.

definitely use poise panty liners or a kind specifically ment for urine... it controls the smell, where normal panty liners dont and absorb better... and yes kegals is a must! pregnancy can be really hard on bladder control and delivery also where some have permanent damage and you dotn want that! so start squeezing!! :)

i think the only thing you can do is kegals to strengthen the muscles down there. or wear a panty liner will help a little to absorb.
