Very good points ladies. The cat litter is a big one. It's so many though that you just have to read into it or sometimes your doctor might say you need to take it easy for whatever reason.

Lol its funnny... I keep thinking of more and more.... Forgot about the litter box but last night i was thinking about cleaning products... Especially bathroom ones.... Use gloves and make sure its well ventilated if YOU have to do it... If your hubby would instead... Then why not! Lol but in my house it wont get done if i dont do it and from prev experience a clean tiolet is a must when the nauseousness hits!

Oh, and make sure you are taking prenatals and eating healthy. You need an extra 300 calories when pregnant so don't go too overboard but you def need to be taking in a tiny bit more. Drink lots of water too.

Yeah I would google a list. Another one is don't clean the litter box if you have a cat.

There is so much info of do's and donts out there its best to do some research, sign up for daily emails, check out options for your phone apps... There are the main points such as cut back on caffeine, dont drink or do drugs, even over the coumter drugs should be okayed by your dr first... Limit seafood intake and dont eat certain fish like king macrel or swordfish... There is one more but o cant think of it? Watch what kind of products your using like lotions, facewashes, anything that goes into your body one way or another... Pretty much when in doubt talk to your dr or do some research... Also be careful not to overheat yourself, stay hydrated, no lifting heavy objects(25 lbs) make sure you stay clear of under cooked foods, deli meat, unpasturized foods.. See i could go on all day i think? Lol but really research, books, even the internet( try to find legit websites tho... And of course talk to your Dr
