Maybe just look up a list of iron rich foods you can eat also. The dr office gave me a list also but I dont remember where I put it :) But at least if you are trying to eat more then it might help. I had to start taking extra iron when I had my gtt test back at 24 weeks so I have been on it a while. The only difference I noticed was a little extra energy once I started taking it. I had been really tired before.
Yeah that's the one I'm taking too. I felt perfect until I started taking iron. I think I'll lay it off and like you said, tell my doc about it when I see him.
I have to take extra iron also because I'm low on it and I take it at night with my other folic acid and prenatal. I got the generic of slow fe (which is the symbol on periodic table for iron) and it doesn't give me a headache. You might ask your dr about it tho
I took it an hour before I went to bed, took meds for the headache, and here it is next day and the pain is still unbearable. Its like if I were asked to pin point the pain to cut it out so to speak, I'd be cutting my whole brain out. I can't lift my head at all it hurts so bad.
Ive been taking 3 of them a day plus my prenatals because I am anemic.. Ive.found.it much easier.on my tummy and head to take them right before I.go to sleep.. Also dont.freak out if your.poop turns black lol mine did two days aftrt. And I panicked because thats normally a sign of internal bleeding annf they havent constipated me either I go to the bathroom 3_4.times.a day now
