itchy red lady parts :/ all our favorite subject right?!?!?

So my lady parts are hurting bad... I just finished my second dose of meds for a bladder infection a couple days ago but for the last few mornings and occasionally thru out the day they get kind of itchy and just hurt!... I cant really see down there but a few times when I have wiped its been a little bloody. Not enough for a pad but its definitely coming from the front. It feels almost like my parts are raw from wiping. I got a mirror :/ cuz I cant see over my tummy and there is a white discharge and they are sorta red and swollen. I figure they are swollen just from the pressure and being almost 34 weeks pregnant. Not sure if its toilet paper residue or what the white stuff is. Anyone have this happen before?? I started using baby wipes so its not so dry to wipe but it hurts really bad. I am not sure if its an infection or just normal or what!!!

Thanks Heather. I have been using the cold wash cloth also. Helps a lot. I got some meds yesterday so hopefully those do the trick. There are only 4 days of pills thankfully. I am sick of taking stuff on top of all the prenatal and other vitamins. Oh well it will be over soon! :)

I had this prob with my first pregnancy. It's like I had a constant bladder infection for a whole month. Then I had yeast issues too. Try not to eat too much sugar as that feeds the yeast. Drink lots of water and I always used a cool wash cloth for the itchy/burning and swelling! Make sure your baby wipes don't contain any alcohol...it could dry everything out even more and make it raw and crack!

Thanks you too. Ya I might have a wedding to do but thankfully its not for a while. The girl is still deciding but I have had some orders. They are just fun and easy to eat! I think thats what makes them so popular is you dont really need a fork or a plate just a napkin :) But the recipe is in your messages!!

I would love the recipe!!! ;-) I don't have a commercial kitchen, just homebaked goodness!! I get plenty of orders tho..maybe once all the kids are in school i'll pursue opening a bakery tho!! Goodluck to you with getting ur cupcake business started!! Those little cakes are hot sellers right now!! I've had to cut back on orders for this summer tho! Ha** wonder why??!! :-)

I will share the recipe if you want it. Will get it at home when I get back. They were amazing! Trying to start a cupcake business myself with my sisters but need a commercial kitchen first! We did all cupcakes for my wedding last year and they were such a big hit everyone is saying you have to start a business and sell these :)

Thanks. Good to know. Darn it I just made some killer Lemon poppy seed cupcakes with lemon curd filling and cream cheese frosting!!! They were SO good!!! :) Thats alright I dont need anymore. I had my fix :)

Eat lots of low sugar yogurt!! The probiotics in yogurt help fight off the bacteria from the yeast!! I say low sugar because yeast feeds on sugar, so I would even stay away from sugar even ..oh and vinegar too!! Yeast loves vinegar, so steer clear of pickles n such until the yeast infection is gone!! Good luck hun..;-)

Yep. Dr office called back and said they r calling in another perscription for it.. as if 2 bladder infections wasn't enough.. and it was all going so easy for the most part. Unfortunately I think I've had it since Friday.....

Sounds like a yeast infection hun!! And its most likely from the antibiotics...they are so irritating n painful!! :-(

Well I've been on antibiotics swice in the last 4 weeks for bladder infections. Have a call to dr office cuz I'm wondering if its a yeast infection.. apparently antibiiotics can cause you to have a yeast infection somehow. Ugh never had one before so I didn't really know but man its itchy and annoying!

OMG!!!!!! im 36 weeks 2 days and I have the same breaking issue exactly how u explain it...i have started using wipes as well thinking the toilet paper is to hard and have been spotting or bleeding not much but i know it isn't from inside my v jay jay ugh im thinking bacteria vaginosis because of itching and irritation i made an appt tomorrow my ob so she can check swam whatever needs to be done so i can get these antibiotics and get it over with lol...
