I get contractions if I walk too much! some days I get them just walking to my mailbox! Or my garden! Its scary because with my son I never had anything but back labor when I got to the hospital!

Sometimes I get like that runners stitch pain if I've walked too fast or too much. Not sure if that might be close to your pain. Sounds more ligament pain.

I have been getting lower abdomenal pains my entire pregnancy and Im 27w 4d! Although my problem is that I have constipation. It feels like cramps when I am on my period and it hurts so bad I cant even stand up! Constipation is pretty common in pregnancy so you might try tracking your BM for a few days to make sure they are regular. Drink lots of water though because that will help with all the cramping. You can do a heating pad on low might make it feel better or a warm bath or tylonol too. Hope you feel better soon.
