I say call your doctor bc it could be dehydration, constipation, or the beginning of labor pains.  My first child, the labor pains were not strong and I thought it was braxton hicks but they were just the beginning.  My second child they were weak and I was induced.

You know...I've had the same kind of thing all day today...started last night and I'm almost suspecting a bladder infection. I had a few with my son and I've been having major urges to pee but won't pee too much. I know in my case I'm not constipated though.
On top of it I've been really uncomfortable and not feeling very well.

I agree with PP when I have to 'go' I get crampy and uncomfortable. Definitely worse if ur constipated.

Could it be constipation??? Its pretty common especially with everything moving around and getting squished. It will cause period like cramps in lower abdomen that are bearable but not comfortable by any means! Hope you feel better soon. You can take tylonol for it though and also try a warm rice sock or something like that on the sot might help.
