Tmi* But Tiny blood specks on tissue paper after peeing

So I'm a FTM and going to be 34 weeks on Monday...I'm not in any pain except the usually pressure on my lower ab. But idk if its normal to go pee and have little tiny specks of blood on tissue paper...should I call my doctor or go to ER this is my first time expirencing it during this pregnancy... my son is moving but not as active as usual I figure he is finally tired from being so active...Any advice? I'm kinda worried...Thank You :)

i have experienced that as well not often i think really just twice but it was just the one time when i went to the bathroom i noticed it and after it was never notable again because i was anal about checking i am also 34+5..im scared to ask because my doc is quick to assign bedrest  lol i just got off but i may mention it n see what she says..... but i have a active baby no pain because pelvic relaxing...so idk

It doesn't hurt to call on call dr or labor and delivery where you are having your baby. They will know better what they think you should do
