Where is EVERYBODY?

I am member on two other pregnancy forums on different websites and they stay full with at least 6-7 comments every 5-10 minutes from different women...just wanted to call all the JULY 2013 group members out! Let's have some fun and support each other before the sleepless nights begin!

Wow 2 days!!! I went in on Nov 23rd at 8:00 am for a non-stress test...stress was present so they induced me...baby was born at 2:56 am on Nov 24th...left hospital on Nov 28th. I wish my recovery was that fast! How were you able to get along so quickly?

Hello ladies. I had no pain after my section and was home in two days. Keep up beat and enjoy your bundles when they get here and it helps to a speedy recovery. I'm going to request a section this time due to reasons for needing one first time. Roll on June so I can finish work I'm exhausted! No sleepless nights for me - I think I pass out from exhaustion instead of sleeping!! Best of luck to you all xx

My friend had placenta previa and she had a c-section and said that she experienced little to no pain at all afterwards...so it really all depends but just remember to remain positive. All will go well.

Little mama bear I am going through the same thing right now I have partial placenta pervia but it is covering half of my cervix. I am scared to death to have a c-section. I have a 3 and 2 yr old at home. But everything about it scares the hell out of me. I hope it has moved when I have my next ultra sound.

Hopefully I won't have to have the surgery, but if I do, I have an idea what to expect. Thanks for the info. Keep in touch!

Hey LittleMamaBear, thanks for the well wishes! After the surgery, I was so tired and heavily medicated I was basically out of it. They took me to a room to monitor me for a while then after about an hour they moved me back to the room I originally started in...I was in the bed for a day straight...the nurses eventually helped me out of bed so that I could get back on my feet...I felt better once I could walk around and hold my baby without falling asleep from the meds. At home you will be prescribed meds to use as needed but you will still experience some discomfort...not pain. Take it easy...walk slow, move slow, get up and sit down slowly. You will figure out the pace that is best for you. It took me about a good 2 months to start to feel GREAT! Not long at all...but it all depends on how well you heal. The absolute worst part of recovery was the first bowel movement...OMG! I thought I gave birth again. However, everything should go smoothly just make sure you take care of yourself and be wise in what you do to.ensure a speedy, healthy recovery. Good Luck! Get in contact with me if you need any support. :)

Good luck, Babyluv! I hope all goes smoothly. How was the recovery process for your first C-section? I'm curious since I may have to get one if my placenta does not move up farther away from my cervix. Last visit, my midwife told me I show early signs of something called placenta previa.

Thanks...its crazy to me though because with my first baby I didn't experience anything that I have with this second pregnancy...with my first I had no morning sickness, little to no fatigue, no "risk" for preeclampsia, no headaches, no backaches, NOTHING! I had a c-section and will have to have another one. Recovery should be "fun" with a high maintenance three year old little girl lol and a newborn! Wish me luck!

Well last night was so bad for me...I had a headache and toothache :( my hubby was sleep and I didn't want to wake him. The only way I actually got some sleep was by sitting up the whole night in a recliner.
