Am I the only one? Please say no!

Today I began to notice that my feet felt a little tingly and numb, and upon removing my shoes I noticed that my feet and ankles were suddenly swollen.

I read in all the books that a little swelling is normal, but should I be concerned at all? I'm 30w4d with this being my first, so I am a little freaked out by all these new experiences..
