Hey have any of you mothers to be had a hard yime brushing your tongue everytime I eveb get ready to put the toothbrush on my tongue I gagg and have thrown up twice help I have to brush my tongue lol
Just speaking from experience :-) You might want to gag with that, too, but if you can at least get a mouthful to swish around, you'll smell minty fresh!
Totally normal. Try using just a tiny bit of mouthwash to kill germs if you can't get a toothbrush in there.
