first doctor visit

I scheduled my first visit the ob, a little nervous, we took three test and I'm missing my period ad of today. I really want this baby and could use any advice on keeping safe and healthy.

I just found out last Monday I'm pregnant. I had my first appt on Friday and I'm 6 weeks tomorrow. Yeaaaaa! :) I've done soooo much reading and the best advice I've found is drink LOTS of water, take your prenatal vitamin and get some rest.

Hi Mellisa, congratulations on your BFP test, I got mine about 4 days ago and I'm very happy and excited, this is my baby #2 hopefully we can keep each other company for the next 8 months. I think to keep healthy we just have to take out vitamins, eat well keep hydrated and rest when needed! :-)
