i am almost 6 weeks pregnant, I have been having terrible gas for about 2 weeks now, is there anything I can do to make it go away, I am afraid of medicine, so is there any herbs I can take or food I can eat to make the bloating and gas go away??
Try eating foods that dont ferment. Not sure of all of them but if you Google it you should get a good list of foods to stay clear of. I know one of them is definitely pears. Good luck and congrats im also 6 weeks with my first. Very exciting, apart from being nauseous every day!
