losing your mucous plug at 29+3

Im 29+4 weeks with my third baby. With my first I had my bloody show minutes b4 I went into labour. My second I lost my 'clear' mucous plug a few weeks b4 and had my bloody show a few days b4 I went into labour. Yesterday I went to the toilet and discovered that I had lost my plug. It wasn't blood tinged though. I called the midwife and she isn't too concerned as obviously u can lose it at any point but I'm obviously a little bit nervous at the moment due to previous history. Can anyone give me their stories to help calm me? Lol. Thanks x

Midwife still isn't too concerned but she did say if i have any more painful contractions or another episode like the one on the 13th then i need to go straight in to check im not dilating/dilated as she said it sounds like my body might be preparing a bit earlier than normal. X

Update: two days ago I suddenly had a radiating cramping pain in my back, like the pain you get with back labour, coupled with what felt like 3 contractions in my abdomen and a feeling of nausea. This went on for 10minutes then faded away. Afterwards I felt crampy a achey. I also have had two periods over the past week of extreme pressure pushing downwards. Once every time I started walking and the 2nd time after the above episode. It wasn't painful when the pressure was there but it took my breath away each time. I see my midwife tomorrow (technically today. Lol) so ill ask then but just wanted to ask you ladies. Thanks
