I'm worried :(

So I'm almost 6 weeks pregnant and I'm having abdominal pain, not sever but it is there. There is no bleeding or nothing like that, but after having a miscarriage about 5 months ago where i didn't feel anything or have any bleeding,(i just went to my doctors appointment and he didn't find a heart beat :( ) i went to the e.r. They did an ultrasound and said i was to early to really know anything but that i did have a U.T.I my question is should i be worried? Could it be the u.t.i that is causing the pain? Had this happened to anybody? Im so scared because of my previous miscarriage :(. What should i do to make thus pregnancy a success? Any information will be appreciated. Thanks

I am 6 weeks tomorrow and am having lots of cramping. The dr says it's normal and my pregnant friend said ahe had cramping through out 2 of her pregnancys. Our bodies are working super hard! Try to relax, God is in control of whatever happens. :)

Yes, UTI's definitely cause pain. Definitely try not to worry if it's a miscarriage or not, I guess all you can do is hope for the best. Also, ultrasounds usually don't detect a heartbeat until around 8-10 weeks, so keep your head up! Don't stress. Good luck!
