I teach, too! Trying to keep from standing all day because I'm so tired. Queasiness comes and goes. I snack often to try to keep my stomach full and drink tons of water. It's going to be a LONG 2nd semester! Thankfully it's almost christmas break so I only have to fake it for three more weeks :-)
I'm a teacher too... and I'm beyond exhausted after school! I teach Middle Schoolers & wish I could just tell them so that they might give me a break. I stay queasy but not throwing up. Not sleeping & being completely exhausted are my biggest issues right now!!!
I'm so glad to hear the cramping was normal. I looked it up and it said its a sign of your growth and stretching but nothing mentions cramping. I drink sooooo much water throughout the day that I pee 4 times a night... so much for sleep! :) Also, the dizziness and lightheadedness even happens after lunch. I'm a teacher so unfortunately I can't take a quick nap. Good luck ladies! :)
Very normal unfortunately lol.
So its normal to be cramping? Because I was a little worried
Mine are like all of yours very tired, nausea, bloating cramps, tender breast, loss of appetite but very hungry lol also very emotional
Cramping, bloating, tired, sore boobs, and heart palpitations. Sometimes I get a little queasy, but eating usually helps :) funny how quickly I forgot about this part of being pregnant... my son is not quite 2 so it hasn't even been that long. Oy! Bring on the tired/swollen feet! Hahaha
make sure you push the fluids if you are dizzy!:-) my breasts hurt so bad I cant sleep. in addition to the potty trips.
The thing i noticed the most is that i can't stop peeing. But i have lots of cramping and my.boobs have been sore. Also some naseua but nothing too crazy yet. Im about 4weeks :)
