10 kicks per hour?

So my baby seems very active. But it's not like he kicks exactly 10 times every hour. Sometimes it's like 20-30 times per hour sometimes it's a lot less. Should I be worried. He seems very strong and active, in my opinion and moves around a lot.

Oooo then I should start counting in the middle of the night. He loves keeping mommy awake at 3am with his martial arts lessons lollll

You should count the kicks about 20 minutes after a meal or at a time when he is usually pretty active (he should have a fairly regular sleep schedule)

My doctor told me it's 10 times per two hours, not one, consistent with a baby's sleep/wake cycles. Same here. I can get to 10 kicks in 15 minutes but she can also be still for an hour. Normal.

Every baby is different. Don't count just 10 kicks, know your baby's movements. Report if there is a change whether it's more or less movements. Please take the time to go to countthekicks.org to find out more.

My little guy also moves around a ton! It's pretty normal if your baby starts moving less or none at all that's when you should be concerned
