14 weeks and head achs

Ive had this head ach for 3 days on and off. What could this mean is ther much what i can take for it

My doctor said if your use to caffine that it actually can be bad to totally cut u off. She said just cut down a lot. Ill have like one cup of tea or small cup of coffee. My daughter came out just fine. Im on my second one now and have to do the same to avoid headaches. Just make up for the one cup of caffine with extra water so u dont dehydrate. Also some headaches are all these extra hormones

Could your eyes need checking? I get headaches when mine need looking at. Lack of fluids xanthine also be a cause.

Don't drink too much caffeine though! Bad for baby!

Thx guys but i worked it out tha the wkend i strtd drinkin decaff tea and ive gne bk on tu nrmal tea and im ok now lake of caffine

What type of headace is it..because i am 11weeks and i recently went to the dr fpr constant headaches for the last two weeks and it turns out my sinuses are swollen almost shut! So of course im having bad sinus headaches and ive learned that in pregnancy its quite common to have this happen. Over the counter nasal spray is safe and i was prescribed Flonase also may be somthin to look into if u think it may be sinus related :)

Regular tylenol should help but if it persists for a couple days on and off u need to call ur doctor

Dehydration could be one problem. You can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for the headache. Just make sure it's just plain Tylenol, no extra strength or extended release.

Im having d same problem but scared to take any medications.. So my mom suggested me to put some hot towel n lay dow fr some time makes u feel btr..
