I am 16+4 with my second child and nothing.  With my first I felt one kick at 17 weeks and nothing else until 22 weeks.  So I honestly think you are fine.  I remember my dr. Told me then that 17 was pretty early.

Is this your first pregnancy, are you heavier(no disrespect)? I began feeling my jelly bean at 12 weeks, it feels like gas or like butterflies in your stomach. You should definitely feel something by 20+ week if not inform your dr

Same here I'm 15 weeks and 6 day and the baby is still in my pelvic area too. I haven't felt a strong kick yet but when I lay on my sides I feel I guess flutter movement. Plus my stomach is so big already and I'm a small girl, I look like I'm a lot further along then I really am!

I'm 16 weeks an 4 days an still don't feel anything either. My baby is still around my pelvic area so that's probably why. I do feel little bubbles feeling here an there so that might be the baby or something else
