BAD cramps!
So tonight I started having very painful cramps in my lower and upper stomach! I'm so worried is this normal? I'm 30 weeks pregnant. Ftm also.
Is your stomache getting hard with the cramps? Any signs of spotting? Does tour back hurt too? Try drinking some water and lying down and maybe a heating pad. It may be braxton hicks. If ot doesnt go away, call your doctor.
