I'm the same way but whenever I get hungry I drink a glass of water first and only eat if I'm still hungry after that. It helps me make sure I get all the water I need and keeps me from eating out of boredom!

I'm the same way. Didn't get much morning sickness but get queasy if I dont eat every couple hours. I asked my doctor since I was concerned about gaining too much weight since I'm 16 weeks and already gained like 7lbs. She said to try eating protein bars (the kind without all the corn syrup and stuff) between meals because they make u feel satisfied longer. I find this to be true and love the Luna bars especially the lemon zest flavor. Plus they contain folic acid and a bunch of other essential vitamins for pregnancy health and are 70% organic. ;)
