I have heard of pedicures helping. Probably a wives tale but I am going to try to go for one today or tomorrow. Lol. No harm in it!!! :) Good luck to all and I will post after Friday. Hope to not be in labor forty hours... Hopefully he will be here Friday! !!!
I will let everyone know what happens. I have absolutely no signs of labor. :( So I doubt this little girl will come on her own before friday.
I'm a ftm and was induced the 7th. I labored 7 1/2 hours and my baby girl was healthy except for our blood differences but that wasn't because of induction. I will say pitocin does make it extremely painful. My first epidural didn't numb my left side and I felt the pain...never said anything till it brought me to tears and my bp shot to 192/116 from the pain. They had it redone and then the rest was peachy.
I'm not a first time mom but this is my first induction. My son came on his own.. my daughter is making me high risk bc of extra fluid on her brain
Thank you for posting Lesley and kpins . I am a ftm mom too and if I don't go into labor I will be induced Friday morning. I think there are risks with everything and every method, but at the end of the day everyone wants a healthy mom abd baby. I know my hospital / ob practice actually really wants everyone that can to go 39 weeks and deliver vaginally sobi am hoping to have a good outcome. My ob prepped me that induction can take a while. Hoping ib just need a small bit of pitocin if any. Hoping we all go into labor before being induced!!!! ♡☆♡☆♡☆♡ Good luck to us all! I will be thinking about you all throughout thr next week. Post back with your story and I will too ok? :)
I was induced on June 23 cor low amniotic fluid. It was not that bad! I have no experience on how natural labor is... But honestly...the worst part is the waiting
I'm a ftm and if my baby girl doesn't decide to come this week I'll be getting induced on Monday the 20th at 5pm.
