Hi everyone! I'm 37 weeks today, and dilated 3.5 cm. The doc said that my baby is -2. Any clue if that's far up, or a nice way to go? I'm pretty far from the hospital, so any experience is well appreciated
I copy and pasted this from another site because I had never heard of using negatives before when describing engagement. Hope it helps.
"when it comes to vaginal exams they go by the ischial spines which are two bones on the back lower end of the pelvis. The scale for this is -3 which is above the ischial spines to 0 which is at the ischial spines to +3 which is crowning. Hope this helps."
