Braxton Hicks?

I'm a ftm and I can't really tell for sure if what I'm having are Braxton Hicks. I start to get all clammy first then its almost like my stomach feels extremely heavy and it starts to feel really uncomfortable and my back will hurt even more than normal. It's really irregular when it happens and lasts for a minute or two at a time. It usually only does it when I'm at work and in the heat and the only way to help it is to rest.

Mine don't hurt, just feels like my stomach is hard all over. And they last for about 15 min each but I have them randomly throughout the day and night. I have no idea what menstrual cramps feel like. I'm just waiting for something regular and painful to know when I am in labor.

Sounds like BH, mine are similar to menstrual cramps that stretch around to my back or vise-a-versa and i can feel the tightening mine never last now then 2-3 min but are coming more noticeable/stronger as i get closer to my due date, 16 days.

Sounds like it. Mine just feel like really bad menstrual back cramps! They usually last for about 15 20 min, and come every 5 min within that time. But the pain stays constant and doesn't progress and usually go away when I lay down and get comfortable
