If I new I was going to have another baby I would have waited to have Surgery my I  breast-fed  my daughters my youngest is 7  we were done but to are surprise I got pregnant but I can say only in the very beginning my breast hurt really really bad but now that I'm almost do I have no pain yes my breasts are larger but no sense of feeling of anything coming in so leads me to believe when they did my reduction they did cut out my milk glands

I had a breast reduction after my first child. He was exclusively breastfed. Then 5 years later i had another son. I had to supplement breastfeeding with formula because i wasn't producing due to the reduction surgery removing milk ducts.

The actual milk doesn't come in till after the baby is born. If they have felt sensitive at all or gotten fuller they're already preparing for breastfeeding. But idk if that type of surgery would have any effect at all have you asked the doctor?
