Breastfeeding problems help

My baby is 5 days old and is 200% nipple confused /: he doesn't latch to me so I pump and bottle it to him.
Any tips of mommies who went through this and your babies latch back on?
I'm so bummed I wanted to breastfeed and experience everything. He's my first baby and my rainbow baby.

Yes, stop bottles asap. Its very hard, but you need to stay calm too. Your doctor and or insurance company should have a list of lactation specialists that can help you.

Try a nipple shield that should help you

Call La Leche League or your ob-gyn and ask to see a lactation specialist.  Don't wait, you need to fix this.

I'very never had a nipple confused baby, but have successfully breast fed 6 babbies.  I'd start in the morning by stopping the bottles. It's only making him more use to that.  Newborns will suck on almost anything. Be patient with yourself and give your milk a chance to let down.  Also call the hospital or a breastfeeding group for further advice. I know there are a lot of support groups out there for breastfeeding moms.  God bless you and your new little one.
