Yes! Make sure to drink lots of water and try to rub and stretch it out when it happens. Putting in a heat pack helps as well to loosen the muscle.
I get them pretty bad. Especially at night. I started eating a banana in the morning and then 1 before bed and that seems to help some. I think my restless leg is what brings them on still but like I said it's been a little better since the bananas.
Ive been getting them the past couple weeks some nights worse than others. When I first lay down at night I try to do some leg stretches pointing my toes forward and up. Also I noticed when I remember to take my vitamin d3 pill and a glass of milk right before bed I tend to get way less leg cramps at night.
