Contractions?

Im not 100% sure what a contraction should feel like. it's supposed to be when your belly tightens right? I have that happening but it doesn't really hurt that badly, it's uncomfortable that's it. And I feel kind of crampy like I'm going to get my period. Is this how it's supposed to feel?

Mine had come on really sudden but at first it felt like I had to have a bowel movement but couldnt. Within a half hour after that my water broke. After that they felt more like really strong period cramps.

Labor pains are undoubtedly noticeable. I was in labor for 28 hours before i delivered. It was the worst pain, that and pushing. Mine would start in my back and radiate into my stomach, so bad that I couldn't breath withought moaning in pain. They can start out as a small cramp but definitely radiate to something bigger. Good luck mama

You're in labor, especially with having minor bleeding. That's the baby descending... I would call your doctor, you don't need to go in until 5 min a part... Good luck!!

I've started bleeding a little now too. But the contractions still aren't hurting much, about 10 mins apart

No those are Braxton hicks you'll know wen it's labor contractions cus you won't b able to speak through them nd you'll dread the nxt one because you feel like 3 minutes isn't enough time to recover from the last one
