Headache???

Yest i just went fr boxing fay shopping i *** back home n sleep at 7.30 pm woke up wit a bad headache its like my head is going to blast i culdn eat anything o had lil food n i had to throwup ..,
Im
12 weeks
As anyone had such headache?
Wat do u guys do at dat time plz give some jome remedies

Tydenol ? Medicine ?  Can take paracetamol.?  Ya even iv bcum
Very sensitive fr lights
And is it okay if v sleep empty stomach? I sometimes vommit wen i tale my pregnacare after  dinner

Sometimes I have migraines really bad that I can't move. What I try to do is be in a dark place my eyes are really sensitive to light now I eat something small before I take tydenol then go back to sleep ....it helps me! I hope it could help you!
