trouble eating

I'm almost 14 weeks and am having the hardest time eating. Either nothing sounds or tastes good, or I'm just not hungry. I've lost weight since getting pregnant instead of gaining and I feel like it's getting worse. Any advice?

Oh I have same problem. 14 weeks today and hardly eating or drinking. I had sickness (still happens sporadically) and I get heartburn. All I eat is bread and some fruits. Got addicted to watermelon (try might help u too) which proves to help with morning sickness heartburn muscle cramps etc. I feel dehydrated as I don't even feel like drinking.  Lost 4 kg already. When will it finish???

I couldn't eat the entire month of dec from aversions and feeling sick. I can finally eat stuff again and have the same problem. Sometimes if I can't find anything to eat I make myself a glass of chocolate milk and it at least soothes the hunger for a little while or will encourage me to eat some real food.

I try to eat what my body wants.  I think foods with a crunch are easiest to eat.  I toast bread.  I snack on cereal.  If I want a burger, I go get a burger (iron right?! Lol).  Salads are great and nutrient packed.  I notice I feel awful I don't snack or eat almost every 3 -5 hours.  Sometimes I dont feel like eating but if I sit down and have a bite or two I feel much better and then actually eat!  :)  Good luck.  A happy and healthy pregnancy to all! !!  :)

I have the same problem. My doctor said that I shouldn't worry unless it's a large amount of weight lost. Your body will protect the baby. I eat saltine crackers when nothing sounds or smells good.

I'm having the same issue so I seen my Dietician she said if I can't eat to drink like a shake or something with a lot of calories so the baby is still getting what it needs. And snack if u can of at least try
